NGlobal supports Niedersachsen’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entire business and industry sectors in preparing for and entering foreign markets. Along with business delegations and trade fair participation, diverse networking events at home and abroad are part of the range of NGlobal services. SMEs are brought together with potential business partners from all over the world and can gather targeted market information and contacts.

Among the most important NGlobal events in Niedersachsen are the Niedersachsen Foreign Trade Day and the international consultancy days Niedersachsen Global Networking.

Niedersachsen Foreign Trade Day is staged each year during HANNOVER MESSE, traditionally on the Tuesday of trade fair week. The State of Niedersachsen has been using this platform at the world’s largest industrial trade fair for the last eight years to establish and extend contacts on international growth markets, with a different partner country each year. As an international forum, the Foreign Trade Day offers this country an opportunity to present itself and its economic strengths to interested representatives of the worlds of business, science and politics. Eminent international speakers offer their views of the current economic and political situation, setting out chances and risks, developments and business opportunities. The Foreign Trade Day is intended to motivate Niedersachsen’s companies to enter business relations with the world’s growth markets.

During the Niedersachsen Global Networking consultancy days, the state’s enterprises have an opportunity to gather first-hand information on the chances and risks of foreign markets in individual discussions with Niedersachsen’s representatives, Business Center representatives and partners in Brazil, China, India, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Scandinavia, South Africa, the UAE/Oman/Qatar and the USA to clarify their questions about products and services. Specific, targeted market information and having the right local contact person give companies a decisive advantage in pursuing successful foreign business, and against this background NGlobal has been staging this event for the last two years for the State of Niedersachsen in collaboration with Niedersachsen Chamber of Industry and Commerce and NBank.
