Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen (German Management Academy of Lower Saxony - DMAN) provides management training to companies in Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Through the exchange of knowledge and experience, DMAN facilitates international business contacts.
German and international companies are offered an extensive range of qualification programmes and effective support of their market entry projects.
More than 24,000 participants have already had the opportunity to develop their expert and management know-how in one of our qualification programmes. And every year, this figure increases by some 1,000 new participants.
Through our qualification programmes, we facilitate effective business contacts. Our customers benefit from our long-term experience and our many contacts to companies, regions and institutions in Germany and in our partner regions. For more than two decades now, DMAN has contributed to the growing together of international markets.
The DMAN headquarters are located in the centre of Celle, in the residential castle of the dukes of Celle, built in the 13th century. The prestigious rooms in the south wing of the former Guelphic residence are equipped with the latest technology. Our cafeteria caters to the well-being of the seminar participants, and an Internet café is available to all our guests.
The town of Celle combines traditional architecture with modern business structures. Visitors and local companies have direct connections to the trade fair centre of Hanover and the internal airport of Hanover-Langenhagen. European highways and railway lines are just a few miles away. Last. but not least: With its timber-framed houses, Celle is one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Germany.
In addition to its offices in Celle castle, DMAN maintains representations in Moscow and Shanghai. They facilitate the establishment of business contacts and relations between German companies and their potential customers in Russia and China, respectively.
Located in the House of German Business, the DMAN office in Moscow has quickly become the first point of contact for companies and institutions who have existing business interests in Russia or plan to enter the Russian market. In November 2006, DMAN opened its representation in Shanghai that establishes and maintains the academy's contacts with its Chinese partners as well as with local companies, administrations and institutions.
