Qualification
Economic development through management training
The increasing internationalisation of the global economy offers new opportunities for a growing number of companies, but it also poses new challenges. Differences in legislation, bureaucratic obstacles and cultural particularities require any engagement on the international markets to be well prepared. This applies to international investment projects just as well as to commercial transactions, and it particularly applies to countries outside the single European market. Targeted employee qualification for the international business is an essential part of this preparation process.
Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen (German Management Academy of Lower Saxony - DMAN) qualifies specialists and managers for the success on international markets.
Founded in 1989 by the Federal State of Niedersachsen and sharesholders from the industry in order to support Niedersachsen's foreign trades relations, the academy has its headquartes in Celle castle and representative offices in Moscow and Shanghai.
To integrate the academy more tightly with the other foreign trade activities of Niedersachsen, DMAN and NGlobal have worked hand in hand under the roof of a joint organisational structure since January 2012.
